As experts in consumer-centric growth, our Out Of Home team and offers a unique opportunity to engage with our major Foodservice clients and lead a team of passionate foodies! We believe that a 360° understanding of consumers within the out of home arena creates more actionable recommendations and impact for our clients. We unlock hard-to-reach insights, across the whole journey looking at shoppers and consumers to understand the where, what and why behind our out of home consumption.
We are looking for someone with a similar passion, who is excited about owning and developing a major food service client and portfolio of smaller accounts. You'll lead a small team, tasked with understanding our client’s priorities, delivering strategic insights and working to upsell solutions that help our clients achieve their growth ambitions.
Growing and supporting your team is an important part of the role, as is contributing to the development of the service and our client offer as a member of our leadership team, in which innovative and entrepreneurial thinking is crucial.
Collaboration with our clients and our other services is at the heart of the role, so a focus on project management and strong communication skills will be vital. You’ll also support our New Business team to develop and attract new clients. Candidates should be comfortable in building and developing senior client relationships and be able to negotiate and manage cross-service projects and contract negotiations.
Key outcomes
- Challenge and Inspire Clients: Act as the senior contact on your accounts – setting an example to the team by contributing to client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base.
- Unlock Commercial Growth: Accountable for the revenue targets across your clients. Find opportunities for commercial growth that deliver against our clients’ objectives.
- Elevate Insight: Produce and present high quality insight beyond just your client base. Deliver credible presentations to senior audiences using shopper and consumer data to land insights.
- Service Development & Innovation / Data quality: Contribute ideas to improve our service as part of the leadership team. Help identify gaps in our Expert Solutions offer and drive the creation of new products.
- Team: Manage a small team, supporting them and developing their analytical and client servicing skills, involving and engaging them with the wider team.
- New Business: Support our in house new business team to identify and capture prospects, generating engagement across the team and having an individual impact on the success of a hugely important part of our growth strategy
Capabilities and experience
- Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence.
- Commercially strong and able to spot sales opportunities and convert them.
- A proven track record of managing and motivating a successful team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, and support others in doing so.
- Confident and experienced presenter who is able to present to large groups of people.
- Good attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills.
- Willing to embrace, drive and suggest change.
