Working with the Sr. Director, Strategic Growth Services, this role is a critical leader in co-creating and activating Qualitative product strategy at a global level.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • Product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle for all existing and upcoming Qualitative products in Kantar’s Solution areas.
  • Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Identify the key benefits and value of existing and upcoming products and articulate these in the Kantar Blueprint framework. This will be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates, product training materials and sales training).
     

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of global accounts, solutions, and local market requirements from Qualitative products through periodic collation of feedback
  • Stay on top of competitive intelligence that helps Kantar maintain meaningful difference by assessing white space portfolio opportunities for Qualitative.
  • Understand and refresh existing Qualitative Playbook in line with the evolving needs of our customers to deliver our vision and roadmap for Qualitative products.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams in design, technology, data science, activation, and marketing to deliver new and improved Qualitative solutions to the market. Assist in planning Qualitative thought leadership including leading the project plan and liaising with marketing team on launch.
  • Provide content, briefing and oversight of marketing content, including thought leadership, related to Qualitative solutions – share with Marketing team.
  • Provide content, briefing and oversight of training/learning content related to products and solutions – share with Solutions Learning team.
  • Engage with the global Qualitative community to raise the visibility of new and improved Qualitative products and services through webinar presenting, newsletter articles, etc.
  • Make recommendations on product and service improvements for further enhanced financial performance. Advise on key pricing strategies.
  • Explore feasibility of enhancing the tech-enabled elements on existing and upcoming Qualitative products.

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

  • Proven experience including Qualitative expertise.
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams using an empathic approach.
  • Working knowledge of Kantar’s Qualitative products and solutions as well as an understanding of the broader Kantar offer.
  • Great teammate able to work with global cross functional teams to ensure the success of the defined strategy!
  • Excellent communication skills, very diligent with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
