As a Client Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Insights division, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions. You will be responsible for handling client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in data and insights will help brands define their strategies, reinvent their offerings, and better reach their audiences.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for global and local clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights and solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Provide strategic mentorship to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

The ideal skills & experience

  • Proven experience in account management and business development within Marketing, Communication, Brand or PR.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills and storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and with a broad portfolio of clients.
  • Languages: Spanish and English is a requirement.
