Role Description

The Operations Manager oversees the full field and data collection process, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency. They manage field teams (interviewers, supervisors, internal teams), and coordinate recruitment and data checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily panel operations, including recruitment, data collection, and quality control
  • Manage and support field teams (training, performance, motivation)
  • Ensure compliance with global and local operational standards
  • Collaborate with the project and client service teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Monitor KPIs and produce regular performance reports

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and data quality
  • Good communication in both local language and English
  • Strong experience in market research or field operations
