
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team—someone who thrives on collaboration, keeps things moving, and brings clarity to complexity.
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing delivery engine, managing multiple projects across teams and markets. With 2–3 years of project management experience (ideally in market research) and fluency in German, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns and initiatives land smoothly, on time, and with impact.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, juggling timelines, priorities, and stakeholders—so if you thrive in variety, problem-solving, and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Description
Plan, complete, and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, research, sales) to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members.
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with industry regulations and company standards.
Analyse project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Role Requirements & Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the market research industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Diligent with a focus on quality and accuracy!
Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
Fluency in German and English
