  • Find New Space: to grow and optimise your brand portfolio; understanding where demand sits today but also by identifying areas of future profitable growth through our foresight and innovation expertise.
  • Brand Strategy: by articulating it’s positioning and architecture and planning for growth in a way that is MEANINGFUL AND DIFFERENT; If needed we conduct bespoke valuations, to capture the Value of your Brand on the balance sheet.
  • Commercial Transformation: designing commercial operating models and embedding behavioural change.

Why This Role Matters

This is a pivotal commercial leadership role focused on driving growth across new and existing clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Kantar Consulting’s footprint across Europe and the Middle East, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Lead strategic client engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive new business development and upsell Kantar Consulting solutions across the region.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Kantar Consulting leadership to evolve and expand our consulting offers.
  • Inspire and mentor the Amsterdam team, promoting a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in brand marketing, growth consulting, or professional services.
  • Brand and marketing experience and/or strong affinity.
  • Proven track record of winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell high-value consulting solutions.
  • Excellent network across Europe and Middle East markets.
  • Inspirational leadership style and ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Fluent in English (essential); German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
