General Qualifications

  • Minimum associate degree (or higher)

  • At least 3 years of experience in call center management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven leadership and team management experience

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Effective time management skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English
