Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and diligent Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research industry and fluency in German. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Role Description
- Plan, complete, and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, research, sales) to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with industry regulations and company standards.
- Analyse project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Role Requirements & Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the market research industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Diligent with a focus on quality and accuracy!
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Fluency in German and English (at least B1+ level in both)
