The Data & Analytics team enables data-driven decision making across the organization by partnering with internal business, product, and engineering teams. We translate business needs into trusted analytics solutions that drive performance and efficiency.

We operate and continuously evolve a pioneering data & analytics platform on Microsoft Fabric. Insights are delivered through a curated set of governed datasets and Power BI dashboards, ensuring consistent, reliable, and self-service access to key metrics. Working in an agile and collaborative environment, we focus on solving real business problems, strengthening data literacy, and fostering a strong data culture.
As a Business Analyst within the Data & Analytics team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into clear, ready-to-develop feature descriptions, including acceptance criteria and test cases!
Job Goals
You will support the delivery lifecycle by contributing to user acceptance testing and ensuring effective communication between business and development teams.
You will build a strong understanding of how data from multiple source systems can be transformed into meaningful business insights and contribute to exploring modern agentic AI approaches to generate and activate insights across the organization.
Ideal Skills & Capabilities
Strong proficiency with Power BI and Power Query, including understanding of classical modelling patterns, grain and granularity, filter propagation, and appropriate layers for hosting logic
Very strong Excel skills, including building spreadsheets connected to external data sources; familiarity with SQL and DAX for data exploration and testing
Experience with Microsoft Fabric data engineering (e.g. pipelines, notebooks, lakehouses) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
A proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
