As a senior hunter, you’ll be at the forefront of how Kantar goes to market in Customer Experience. You’ll bring ambition, commercial judgement and deep client understanding to some of our most strategically important growth opportunities. Your success will directly influence Kantar’s CX pipeline, partnerships and market credibility.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead new‑business hunting across the UK for our CX practice, opening doors and winning large, complex CX programmes.
- Create and execute competitive displacement strategies, targeting accounts held by competitors and positioning Kantar as the partner of choice.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CX, Marketing, Digital and Operations leaders.
- Shape and lead high‑value CX opportunities end‑to‑end, from discovery through to negotiation and close.
- Work closely with Qualtrics and Medallia to develop joint go‑to‑market activity and win shared client opportunities.
The ideal skills & experience
- A proven track record of winning large, complex technology or consulting‑led deals, including competitive wins.
- Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, including platforms, insight, analytics and consulting.
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders, including C‑suite leaders.
- A disciplined, commercial approach to pipeline management and opportunity qualification.
