As our Finance ERP Lead, you will shape and deliver the strategy for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will ensure our platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long‑term business needs.
This is a high‑impact role where you will work at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Transformation, helping to simplify complexity and drive better decision-making across a global organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Define and lead the architecture and design of Kantar’s Finance ERP landscape, with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations
- Deliver large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability and business alignment
- Partner closely with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Oversee integrations, data flows and system design, ensuring best practice and consistency
- Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring strong performance and value for investment
- Drive continuous improvement across system performance, stability and operational processes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across ERP platforms, supporting long-term roadmap development
The ideal skills and experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Experience working with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial
- Proven track record delivering ERP transformation programmes in complex organisations
- Strong understanding of system integration, data structures and cloud-based architecture (ideally Microsoft Azure)
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing at senior levels
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
