Role Description
As the TGI Knowledge Manager, you sit at heart of the TGI Commercial team. You will lead the development and delivery of training content that enhance both client and internal team understanding of TGI data and tools. This is an exciting opportunity to really change up how we approach knowledge support, you will be responsible for modernising the training infrastructure through the implementation of a scalable Learning Management System (LMS), while also supporting internal onboarding and continuous TGI learning initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to keeping training content relevant by staying informed on industry trends, media and market research developments, and evolving client needs. Just how you do that is up to you, we’re looking for someone with the vision and drive to passionately train the next generation of TGI users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured training programs tailored to client needs
- Maintain a mix of client-centric remote and face-to-face training solutions to suit diverse learning preferences and engagement styles
- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and deployment of a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop engaging training materials including guides, videos, webinars, and e-learning modules
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges
- Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness Key Skills & Experience.
- Collaborate with sales, insights, and product teams to align training with evolving needs
- Track training outcomes and client adoption metrics to assess impact
- Support internal team onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring staff are equipped with up-to-date knowledge of TGI tools, methodologies, and Connected Solution offers.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to keep training content relevant and forward looking
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client training satisfaction score (≥ 85%)
- Client engagement rates with training content
- Time to onboard new clients
- Time to onboard new starters
- LMS implementation milestones
- Content completion rates
- Reduction in support queries
- Training coverage across client base
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in client training, enablement, or L&D—preferably in market research, a media owner or agency, or data analytics
- Experience sourcing and implementing LMS platforms is strong advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate the complex into accessible learning experiences • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel to clients (this is a UKI role)
- Strong knowledge of the media and advertising industry an advantage
- Knowledge/hands on experience of TGI data (or similar) is a distinct advantage
